Spring!

Yesterday I noticed that the daffodils are up in our front yard. That makes me so happy, to know that spring is near.

Why doesn't spring have another name? Like FALL is AUTUMN.

The other fun thing yesterday was visiting the baby goats at Lisa's farm in Blacksburg. The wind was still a bit chilly to be outside, but the sun was bright and we enjoyed watching the 26 babies play. Talk about SPRINGY.

We're IN

Whew! We made it. Applications for the 2008 Georgia Tandem Rally went online Sunday and ours was inside the Spartanburg post office before 9a.m. on Monday morning. And we just barely made it. GTR the 10th edition filled in 4 days. Thankfully I made our hotel reservations weeks ago, so we are set. Looking forward to a few days of riding in scenic South Georgia in mid-May. Yeah!!

But first we must celebrate Valentine's Day - at my favorite February event, a Clemson home basketball game. They are playing my song. Thursday night the 14th versus Georgia Tech. Go Tigers!!
