Just wanted to say that in my front yard, on the 27th day of January 2012, these two blooms appeared. Amazing! Daffodils are my favorite flower because they tell me Spring is Coming.

Oconee Belle is a rare flower found primarily in Upstate South Carolina. Oconee is also my home county in SC, not only the land of my birth, but of generations of my family. Belle, of course, is an attractive and popular young lady. (Maybe only in my dreams.) This blog is just a place to post my random thoughts on topics of interest to me.
