Tonight's menu at the Burkett's in Oakway, SC: salsa meatloaf, corn (freshly frozen last weekend), okra (fried of course), rolls, tomato and okra soup (fresh from the garden), and Grandma's contribution to this meal, in absentia, squash casserole. Tea and lemonade. Nectarines and blueberries for dessert. Alan had a peanut butter cookie. YUM YUM
